For Paris Games Week, we worked with Battlestate Games to deliver a fully managed event activation for Escape from Tarkov and Escape from Tarkov: Arena. The objective was to create a presence that felt true to the brand, stood out within a busy exhibition environment, and was delivered to a consistently high standard from planning through to live show days.
Our involvement covered full booth design, event staffing, and end-to-end project management, giving Battlestate Games a complete delivery solution across the event. From early-stage planning and coordination through to on-site execution, we managed the key moving parts required to bring the activation together in a clear, efficient, and professional way.
The booth was developed to present the Battlestate Games portfolio in a way that felt considered, impactful, and appropriate for the scale of Paris Games Week. Alongside the creative direction, our team oversaw the wider logistics of the project, managing timelines, operational requirements, staffing, and live event delivery to ensure the stand performed as strongly in practice as it did visually.
